Mr. Maultasch is a former assistant State Attorney in the county, circuit and juvenile divisions of the State Attorney’s Office under then State Attorney Janet Reno. Since 1981, he has engaged in an active trial practice representing persons charged with crimes ranging from DUI to first degree murder.
